How a Family Legacy Became Central Texas’ Trusted Home Builder
Josh Maas grew up around home building. As a boy he was on job sites across San Antonio with his grandfather, and he learned early that a good home takes more than lumber and concrete. It takes trust, craftsmanship, and a builder who does what he says he will. Those lessons became the foundation of Dynamic Custom Homes when Josh started the company in 2015.
Since then, Dynamic Custom Homes has built custom homes across Central Texas, in San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, and the Texas Hill Country. Josh still oversees every project himself, and most of our clients end up feeling like family. These are homes people raise their kids in and hold onto for years.

Josh Maas is the owner and hands-on builder behind Dynamic Custom Homes. He grew up in the San Antonio home building industry and spent his weekends and summers learning the trade from his grandfather, a respected custom home builder in the area. What he picked up then, about craftsmanship and doing the job right, still shapes how he builds today.
With over 11 years of experience, Josh and his team have earned the trust of families across San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, and the Texas Hill Country. First custom home or forever home, he treats your build like it’s his own, because to him it is personal.

Every project begins with a one-on-one conversation about your vision, lifestyle, and budget. We listen first, then work with you to develop a custom floor plan, select materials and finishes, and create a detailed project timeline.

Custom Home Construction
Josh personally manages your build, so you stay in direct contact and always know what’s happening on site. We coordinate the trades, keep the schedule, and send regular updates so you’re never left guessing.

Final Walkthrough & Move-In
Before we hand over the keys, we walk through your new home together, top to bottom. We fix any last details and make sure everything meets our standards and yours. Your satisfaction is our goal.
