Project Overview

Dawnridge is a single-story home in a Boerne neighborhood that gets the basics right. Outside, a standing-seam metal roof sits over limestone and board-and-batten siding. Inside, the ceilings vault up with exposed beams over dark hardwood floors, a limestone fireplace flanked by built-ins, and a bright, open kitchen. It is a comfortable, well-built house without a lot of fuss.
