Southwick Ranch

Project Overview

Southwick Ranch is a modern house that sits easily on its Hill Country acreage. A butterfly roofline and cedar soffits float over walls of glass, opening the single-story great room to the land around it. The floors are polished concrete, the ceilings angle up high, and a black feature wall holds a linear fireplace.
